Hermetically sealed fabrication process using fiberglass and Polyester resins:
The hull and deck are made in molds with meticulously hand layered and alternating fiberglass mats. Stress points are reinforced for superior strength and lo guarantee trouble free operation even in inadequate conditions The hulls are fitted with 1 m' (35.3 cf) foam and hard ware in stainless steel. The mechanical part consists of a stainless steel pedal crank, a polyethylene pedal wheel and a stainless steel tiller assembly.
