Can you put a bigger engine on this or is 15 hp the max?

No, this boat is rated for a only a 15HP outboard. Registering your boat will depend on your states rules and regulations. It varies from state to state.

Hi - are there windows all along the cabin area? It looks like the driver has his arm outside of the side window.

No, there is just openings there.

question about mini tug. can the main cabin seat and other places on the boat have hatches installed to allow for hidden storage?

Unfortunately, they do not offer this option. There storage in bow of the boat.

Can you get windows for it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer windows for the openings.

How big is the fuel tank and is there an option to install a larger tank than standard?

The fuel tank that comes with the 15HP Honda Outboard is a 3.2 gallon one. That is biggest that will fit in the compartment under the back seat with the battery.

Is the offered Honda outboard electric start ? My wife has upper body strength limitations . Does the motor charge the battery ? Thanks

Yes the 15HP honda has electric start. The motor will keep the battery charged. However we recommend an on board charger to maintain battery while the motor is not in use.

can you stand in the stern?

Yes you can on the floor in the rear but we recommend using the seat in the rear for standing but it depends on water conditions and the person's balance. There is a video showing a man standing fishing out of the back.
