Since 2016, Laker Pontoons has been dedicated to a clear and simple mission: to build high-quality, all-aluminum mini, compact, and small pontoon boats that last a lifetime. We rejected wood decking that rots and round pontoons that are less stable, focusing instead on a pure, all-aluminum design that stands up to the elements and the test of time. The difference is in the details. Every Laker is built on a foundation of welded .090 gauge aluminum square pontoons. This signature design creates a lower center of gravity, providing superior stability in the water and a shallow draft for getting into those hard-to-reach spots where the fish are hiding. The deck is extruded aluminum with a tough, spray-on non-skid liner—the same durable material found in truck beds. There is absolutely no wood anywhere on a Laker boat, which means you never have to worry about rot. It's a boat you can tie off to the dock and forget, confident in its tough, sealed construction.
