Visit each product page for current pricing and availability. Confirm your selected configuration, options and freight total before ordering. Photos may show optional equipment.
1. Choose a model and options
Review specifications and included equipment, then select the colors, motor, trailer and accessories offered for that model. Choices vary by boat. For example, the Laker 712 Electric offers rail, bimini, floor and seat colors, along with several electric motor packages.
Ask our sales team to confirm your configuration and lead time. Many items are built to order. Review the return policy and cancellation terms before committing; custom-built items have restrictions.
2. Confirm your order and freight
Order through the product page and cart, or contact DirectBoats for help. DirectBoats places the order with the appropriate factory. Payment is charged in advance as described in the site's ordering terms.
Use the product's shipping selector or estimator where available, or request a shipping quote. Delivery charges are usually separate. For items marked call for shipping information, the order is held until you approve the additional shipping charge.

3. Plan for delivery
Production time and transit time are different. Confirm the model's current lead time with DirectBoats. The FAQ lists typical LTL transit at 3–7 business days, subject to distance and scheduling; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Standard LTL service is curbside: arrange help to unload and confirm truck access. Factory delivery, when offered for your boat, follows different arrangements. Boat, motor and trailer packages may ship separately unless stated otherwise.
Inspect your order before signing, and note damage or missing components on the driver's delivery receipt. Read full delivery and inspection instructions.
4. Understand the warranty
DirectBoats / 1st Direct Products does not provide its own product warranty. Warranty coverage comes from the specific manufacturer and varies by product. Obtain and review the warranty for your selected boat and equipment.
The Laker 712 Electric product page lists a five-year manufacturer's limited warranty. Commercial and rental use may be excluded; some structural coverage may apply. Confirm coverage for your intended use before ordering.
For a suspected defect, contact DirectBoats promptly with photos and a written description. The manufacturer determines repair or replacement under its warranty; some warranties require return to the factory. Read warranty and defect terms.
