2012 Puffin 12 Kayak
The shortest decked Puffin is stable enough to make almost anybody feel secure. The Kayak 12 tracks well and is easy to paddle. Inexperienced paddlers find the 12 perfect for exploring, and more experienced ones often prefer it because it makes a stable platform for activities like wildlife viewing and photography.
Hull shape is symmetrical, the bottom has a shallow vee shape, and the sides have some tumblehome. Unloaded shape is slightly rockered. More or less rocker is possible depending on load distribution.
