Parts and boats are hard to come by especially when factory is in between owners, seat backs tend to break due to design flaw(redesign has helped some), most recently Bimini shafts break, factory did not warranty replacements. Warranty doesn't mean anything when owners change so often. Parts are made in China, boats in Canada and parts run out regularly, so it's like buying a car, blow a tire and wait 4-6 months or more for replacement tires. We have chosen to stop selling this product until the factory proves they can be reliable, or owner #4 does.
