Like our other Sea Eagle Explorer Kayaks, this is a wet/dry kayak. It can be completely self-bailing when the 4 large drain valves are left open for whitewater kayaking or completely dry when the 4 large drain valves are closed in calm waters. This is an expedition quality kayak, rugged enough to go down class 4 white water, large enough to hold 2 or 3 people and camping gear and tough enough to be taken for months into the wilderness
